All sales are final. In the event your purchase is not usable ask by E-mail for a Return Authorization. We will refund your shipping if we decide we were at fault with the product you ordered. Most items you pay for the shipping. Some items will be shipped free and this notification will be posted at the item if this is so.

We expect to ship by UPS or USPO as soon as possible. If for some reason there is an unusual delay because of our inability to ship we will ask you for input about your continued interest in your ordered product. Please indicate any special shipping instructions when you order.
